With over 20 years of experience, Aaron Long has spent his career at the intersection of business, technology, and people - supporting leaders, teams, and organizations and brings an array of executive experience to the table for clients.  He is known for his ability to bring clarity to complicated issues and establishing a process and a plan to move forward.

 

Along with founding Summit Partners Consulting, Aaron's career spanned across multiple industries: civil engineering, commercial construction, oil & gas (E&P), Fortune 500 media, and non-profit sectors where he held roles from customer support and project management all the way up to executive positions.

As a consultant, Aaron supports organizations with leadership development, cultural transformation, and business growth strategies - helping businesses solve operational and technical challenges by aligning technology strategy with business goals.

With a strong foundation in process management, Aaron specializes in helping organizations identify, map, and optimize the way work gets done - laying the groundwork for meaningful automation and AI integration.

Aaron is a certified GiANT Worldwide™ Consultant and Coach, a certified Facilitator for The Six Types of Working Genius™, a certified Process Mapping Specialist, and was named one of the "Top 15 Coaches in Oklahoma City" in 2024 and 2023 by Influence Digest Media.  He holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology.  He resides in the Oklahoma City area with his wife and children.
