With over 20 years of business experience, Aaron Long has supported leaders, teams, and organizations and brings an array of executive experience to the table for clients. He is known for his ability to bring clarity to complicated issues and establishing a process and a plan to move forward.
Before founding Summit Partners Consulting, Aaron held position with a $100mm+ commercial construction company, where he strategically managed the personnel, financial, and business resources for the company in a CFO / CAO / HR head role. Organizationally, Aaron has also succeeded in large company environments, having been in project management and customer support roles in billion dollar companies in the Oil & Gas (E&P) sector and Fortune 500 media industry as well as in the multi-million dollar Non-Profit sector.
Aaron founded Summit Partners Consulting with a vision to bring lasting change to organizations, teams, and individuals that affect not only those within organizations, but also families and the community at large.
Aaron is a certified GiANT Worldwide™ Consultant and Coach, a certified Partner and Consultant at The Predictive Index™, a certified Facilitator for The Six Types of Working Genius™, and was named one of the "Top 15 Coaches in Oklahoma City in 2023" by Influence Digest Media. He holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology. He resides in the Oklahoma City area with his wife and their 4 children.

For over 30 years, Jeremy has worked in the people development space in the non-profit industry.
At present, Jeremy serves as a pastor leading program ministries along with coaching and consulting with organizations that aims to empower and enable people to reach their full potential.
Prior to his current work, Jeremy spent time as CEO of a non-profit in Oklahoma City and has held various positions within church staff developing others throughout his career.
Jeremy is a certified GiANT Worldwide™ Guide and Coach and holds a Masters Degree of Christian Ministries from SMU and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from The University of Oklahoma.
Growing up in Albuquerque, NM and frequenting the mountains of Colorado, it’s no surprise that Jeremy’s favorite hobbies consist of hunting, fishing and hiking. He also loves spending time with his wife, his three daughters, his son, son-in-laws, and grandson.
With over 30 years of experience in psychology and counseling, Shawn has worked with countless businesses and individuals to help them achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. He possesses a unique set of skills and expertise to guide organizational leaders and their people through difficulties they face while trying to build a flourishing culture.
Whether it's business strategy development, leadership coaching, improving business operations, or team-building exercises, Shawn offers a highly personalized approach that is tailored to each client.

When not helping others, Shawn is a family man and can be found spending time with his family. He and his wife reside in the Oklahoma City area with their three children.
Thane Marcus Ringler is a former professional golfer now dedicated to unlocking the potential in others. His work with individuals, teams, and organizations focuses on improving performance, self-awareness, and practical skills in becoming leaders worth following.
